This is your opportunity to discuss your medical history, to explain what you feel is wrong with health, and to go over your goals and expectations. Dr. Geronimo will explain how functional medicine and chiropractic neurology works and give you a full evaluation to see if our solutions are a good fit to address your needs. If there is a good fit, he can customize a plan of care for your condition and health goals.
